Einstein E=MC2

So 103 years later we have people figure out that Einstein's theroy E=MC2 (mass can be converted into energy and energy into mass.) is actually correct. "using some of the world's mightiest supercomputers,(they) have set down the calculations for estimating the mass of protons and neutrons, the particles at the nucleus of atoms. According to the conventional model of particle physics, protons and neutrons comprise smaller particles known as quarks, which in turn are bound by gluons. The odd thing is this: the mass of gluons is zero and the mass of quarks is only five percent. Where, therefore, is the missing 95 percent?
The answer, according to the study published in the US journal Science on Thursday, comes from the energy from the movements and interactions of quarks and gluons."

Wow can I just say congrats! Einstein thought this up 100 years ago with not even a fraction of the technology we have today. He didn't need supercomputers he had a brain.

So they figured out that mass and energy are equivalent which Einstien proposed in his Special Theory of Relativity. Ok seriously this guy was a genious I know everyone knows that but we are just now corroborating a theory that was thought up 100 years ago. I would say scientist now a days need to step back from thier computers and think! It worked for Einstien.

several years after you made this blog post, and a hundred or so years since Einstein predicted that "gravitational waves" exist, scientist have actually finally been able to observe them.

this, however, was a case where technology finally caught up with his ideas and made it possible to prove that he was right!!
